Jiwon Shin
Jiwon Shin, an internationally acclaimed brand designer, is the global CEO of Firefly Branding. She has experienced over 30 major branding programs in a diverse range of industries, including UPS, Amtrak, Samsung, Japan Airlines, Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Cheil Worldwide, Voom, and Nautica.
Jiwon is the recipient of numerous international design awards – most recently, the Red Dot Award for the Ococo and Halada City brand identities.
Jiwon also created the exhibition, "Connecting New York – Prague – Seoul," an initiative designed to connect different cultures through the medium of design. The exhibit demonstrates how design can be a force for the cultural, commercial, and corporate exchange between countries. Jiwon believes that great design is "a true, universal, and unifying language." She lectured on “Branding: Ocean of Emotion,” and her work was showcased in leading design publications around the world.
